If you are thinking about starting your own business, first you need to decide whether you will become self-employed or set up Limited Company (Ask us for advice if you have doubts which alternative is best for you!).

If you already decided to start self-employed activity we’ll be glad to help you.

One of the most important think that you’ll need to remember is that tax year in the UK starts at 6 April and end at 5 April of next year and after this date you will have to settle your tax.

If you decide to pay VAT you will have to settle it each 3 months.

HMRC requires that in any moment of tax year documents regarding to your activity will be available for inspection in business office or in accounting office and that owner knew income of his/hers business.

If you want your accountant to contact HMRC in all respects you need to authorise him/her as your agent.

Our bureau performs such authorisation for our all customers that signed long-term cooperation with us (agreement can be renounced at any moment of its duration with one month notice period without accepting any penalty clauses).

Our company makes all activities needed for authorization in name of the customer.

If you decided to start Limited Company you will probably need help, because it requires some knowledge in area of economic law. In such case we advise contact with us.
